01 · Pilot clients

Hear from our pilot clients.

AWKN Ranch and Within Center were the first operations to run on the system: one founder, two properties, the whole operation moved onto one nervous system.

MiracleMind built the entire operating system for our 12-acre wellness ranch and retreat center. We were able to remove all the annoying software we’d been juggling and integrate our whole business into one system. The result is the most efficient flow, connectivity, and visibility we’ve ever had.

02 · Who we serve

You did not build this to run software.

We work with land-anchored operations: places where what you sell is a piece of ground and a few days on it, and where the founder is usually also the person answering the phone.

  • Retreat centers
  • Wellness ranches
  • Event venues
  • Intentional communities
  • Land projects
Pain 01 The night shift nobody hired you for

It is a quarter past eleven. The guests are asleep. You are at the kitchen table moving a deposit into a spreadsheet, because if you do not do it now, nobody does.

Pain 02 The inquiry that went cold

Someone found you at nine on a Friday night, ready to book, and asked whether you had the last weekend in June. You answered Monday. By Monday they had booked somewhere that answered Friday.

Pain 03 You are the integration layer

The calendar does not know what the CRM knows. The forms tool does not know what the payments app knows. The only place the whole picture exists is your head, so every question routes back through you.

Pain 04 It does not run without you

You cannot be sick. You cannot be out on the land instead of on your laptop. You cannot hand it to the person you just hired, because half of how it works was never written down.

None of that is a software problem. It is a problem of everything the business knows living in one person.

03 · How it works

First, your business gets a second brain.

This is the soul of your business. Not a chatbot with your website pasted into it. A structured model of how your operation actually works: every offering, space, rate, policy, sequence and person, and how each one relates to the others. It lives in your database, in your account. Everything we build afterward is grown from it.

Your second brain, rendered. The core is everything the business knows, and each arm is one kind of thing it knows about: offering (retreats, rentals, day passes), space (rooms, halls, the land itself), rate (season, tier, deposit split), policy (refunds, cutoffs, minimums), sequence (inquiry to deposit to arrival), and person (guests, hosts, staff, leads). The light running out along the arms is the system reading it.
Step 01 We interview the business, not the software

Days of it. How you actually price a shoulder season. What you say when someone asks about dogs. The rule you have never written down because everyone who has been here a while just knows it.

Step 02 Those answers become structure

They are modelled as a graph: offerings linked to spaces linked to rates linked to policies linked to the sequences that fire when someone books. Not a document nobody reads. A structure your software can read.

Step 03 The fleet is grown from it

Every agent and automation we build reads from that one brain. The receptionist answering at nine on a Friday and the balance reminder going out on Tuesday work from the same understanding of your business, because there is only one.

Step 04 It stays alive

Change a policy once and everything downstream changes with it. Someone new joins and inherits the whole thing on their first day instead of absorbing it over a year.

A business system grown organically from the soul of the business.

04 · What we build

One nervous system for the whole operation.

Right now, every call, text, and form your business takes in routes through a person before anything happens: a CRM here, a scheduler there, a phone service, a forms tool, a payments app, none of them talking to each other. We replace the pile with one integrated system that senses and responds on its own, so the operation stops running through you and starts holding you.

The same core as section 03, re-aimed downward. It routes out to every module, and every module drains into one dashboard: reception (answers when you cannot), inquiries (every lead, tracked to closed), bookings (holds, deposits, contracts), payments (plans, balances, refunds), scheduling (the calendar it all runs on), the guest portal (intake, waivers, pre-arrival), and automations (follow-ups that send themselves). Plus whatever else you run.
01Booking engine

Deposits and payment plans through Stripe.

02Guest portal

Intake, waivers, pre-arrival, schedules.

03Inquiry pipeline

Every inquiry captured and tracked to booked or closed.

04Event scheduling

The calendar that runs the property.

05Host dashboard

The whole operation on one screen.

06Email automations

The follow-ups that used to live in someone’s head.

07AI receptionist

Voice and chat. Answers when you can’t.

+Whatever you run

The core is fixed; everything on top is built for how your business actually operates.

This is what it looks like from the founder’s chair. Your OS ships in your brand: inside, our identity is a seam, not a surface. The feed below is a simulation of the system working a normal evening on its own.

05 · The result

The same operation, a season later.

Nothing about what you do changes. What changes is what it costs you to do it. Each of these answers a pain from section 02, in order.

01

Eleven at night, moving a deposit by hand.

The evening comes back. Deposits, payment plans and reminders run on their own schedule, and the schedule is not you.

02

Nine on a Friday, answered on Monday.

Nine on a Friday, answered at 9:01. By voice or by chat, in your words, against your real availability.

03

Six tools, and the whole picture only in your head.

One system, one picture. Every inquiry, booking, balance and guest on one screen, current, without anyone assembling it.

04

It does not run without you.

It holds without you. You can be sick. You can be out on the land. You can hand it to the person you hired, because now it is written down in something they can use.

None of this is exotic. It is one system, built once, owned by you, grown from what your business already knew.

06 · Three ways to begin

Answers your phoneruns your operationgrows your reachbuilt only for you

01 · Entry

Front Desk

Answers your phone.

from $200/mo

Every inquiry answered at 9pm Friday instead of Monday is your close rate applied to revenue that was previously zero.

  • Chat reception, always on: trained on your offerings, answering the website around the clock
  • Voice reception, your way: after hours the AI always answers; during the day, route to your team and let it cover overflow, or let it take everything
  • Every inquiry captured: calls, chats, and form fills land in one lead CRM with a status; nothing dies in voicemail
  • Bookings started on the call: callers leave with a time on the calendar, not a promise of a callback
  • Missed-call rescue: any call that slips through gets an instant text that restarts the conversation

Who it’s for: an operator not ready to replace their systems, but visibly losing bookings to response time. In practice, the natural first step toward the full OS.

02 · Standard

Business OS

Runs your operation.

Everything inside your walls, handled.

from $1,500/mo

The 11pm email block is what this tier deletes first.

Everything in Front Desk, plus

  • Booking engine: deposits and payment plans through Stripe
  • Guest portal: intake, waivers, pre-arrival, schedules, done from their phone before day one
  • Inquiry-to-booking pipeline: every person tracked at every stage
  • Event scheduling and host dashboard: the whole property on one screen
  • The journey automated: reminders, no-show rescue, payment follow-ups, post-stay sequences, review asks
  • Your website, brought onto the stack on annual engagements: fast, structured, readable by the AI assistants people now ask instead of Google. (Owning every search is the Growth Layer’s job)
  • Your business’s second brain, built during onboarding and owned by you
  • Hosting, support & iteration: that is the subscription, not an add-on

Who it’s for: a real book of business running on six or more tools that don’t talk to each other, where the owner is the integration layer.

03 · Premium

OS + Growth Layer

Grows your reach.

Everything outside your walls, working.

from $4,000/mo

Reviews go from ask to own; search goes from findable to built-to-be-found.

Everything in Business OS, plus

  • Multi-property on one system: shared pipeline, per-site calendars and dashboards
  • Team portals and roles, each view scoped to the job
  • Landing-page engine: a dedicated page for every offering, location, and search a guest actually makes, each with its own booking flow
  • Search coverage as infrastructure (SEO/AEO/GEO): classic search, answer engines, and AI assistants tracked as a checklist; every offering owns a page, and the gaps stay visible until they’re closed
  • Review infrastructure: profiles claimed and configured, a monitoring dashboard, a per-vertical coverage matrix
  • Listing syndication to supported platforms, always named, never “everywhere automatically”
  • Custom modules, priority queue, quarterly strategy

Who it’s for: an operation that runs clean and now wants to be found and booked beyond its own front door.

Foundry

Built only for you.

Custom, scoped personally

Land developments, communities, multi-entity operations, and anything carrying a compliance regime. Built on the same core, and it starts with a conversation rather than a page.

Everything in the Growth Layer, plus

  • Fully custom builds: multi-entity operations, expansion programs, whatever the productized tiers don’t fit
  • Ask-your-business, included: your second brain becomes conversational: everything your business knows, in one place, that you can ask questions

Included at this tier

HIPAA-ready operations

Built here: operations where we ourselves hold protected health information. If PHI stays in your EHR and we automate around it, a standard tier usually fits.

  • Complete activity recordevery access to client data logged, permanently and tamper-proof
  • Role-based accessstaff see exactly what their role needs, nothing more
  • Clinical session policyautomatic timeouts, instant revocation on shared devices
  • PHI-safe by constructionclient information never leaks into logs, errors, or analytics
  • Identity audit trailwho was granted access, by whom, and when: provable on demand
  • Signed BAAwe stand behind it contractually, with hosting posture to match

We don’t do your marketing. We make sure it’s never wasted.

The boundary, at every tier: infrastructure, never promised outcomes

There are exactly two add-ons (available on Business OS and up). Additional locations: each new site joins the same system, same dashboard. Custom modules: workflows built for how you operate, including Ask-your-business, which lets you ask your second brain questions. That’s the whole list, so the product stays product-shaped.

07 · What the subscription actually is

A fractional CTO, in practice.

We scale with you: standing engineering capacity, with oversight from someone technical enough to review the work, at a price point no solo hire can match. Every client gets an account manager, a dev who owns their system, and an AI agent fleet working under them, for the whole tenure.

We run it

Hosting, monitoring, support, and continuous iteration are the subscription, not add-ons.

We advise it

Quarterly strategy sessions pointing the system at what’s next; a priority queue for whatever the operation needs built.

We build it

Custom modules for workflows unique to you, built into your OS rather than bolted beside it.

We remember it

The second brain means institutional knowledge survives staff turnover and founder overload.

08 · The commitment, and the exit

You own what we build.

The 12-month commitment runs both ways

There’s no upfront build fee: the intensive build is folded into the subscription, which is why Business OS and Growth Layer carry a 12-month minimum. And it’s mutual, in writing: Front Desk live within about 7 business days of signing, your OS within 60 days, with a named remedy if we miss. You’re locking into a delivery schedule, not a promise.

Sovereignty, in practice; the exit, in writing

The system runs in your name: your code repository, your isolated database, your deployment. Leave whenever the term allows and keep everything: offboarding is a defined 14-business-day sprint, and from handover it’s genuinely yours. Future changes at an advisory rate, or a re-boarding lane if you want us running it again. Sovereignty, with a doorway back.

09 · The honest part

You don’t need more tools. You need one system.

“We already pay for software.”

Most operators we meet pay for six or more tools that don’t talk to each other, and the owner is the integration layer. You’re not short on software. You’re short on a system.

“We’re too small for custom.”

This isn’t an agency build. The core is the same proven system every client runs; what’s custom is the part that’s actually yours: your offerings, your flows, your words.

“What if you disappear?”

You own the code and the data, in your accounts. If we vanished tomorrow, your system keeps running and any developer can pick it up. That’s the point of sovereignty: it holds even against us.

10 · Other doors

Not everyone arrives as a client.

Referral partners.

If you work with the kind of operators we build for, referral terms are written down and honored. Ask, and we’ll show you the sheet.

A different kind of business.

Building something conscious that isn’t on the list? That is the Foundry, and it starts with a conversation rather than a page.

Already running something.

You don’t have to throw it away. We map what you have, keep what earns its place, and connect it to the rest.
