What this site is offered under, and what the text-message programme on our toll-free number does.
What these terms cover
Using miraclemind.dev, matthewmiceli.com, the assistant on either site, or the phone and text line on (888) 545-8384 means accepting these terms. They are offered by Miracle Mind LLC, a Wyoming company. If you are working with us under a signed agreement, that agreement governs the work and these terms cover only the website and the messaging programme described below.
What we do
We build and run operating systems for businesses — software, AI integrations, and the infrastructure underneath them. What this website offers is a way to reach us and read about that. The site and its assistant are provided as they are, and either may change.
Text messages
We run one text-message programme, on (888) 545-8384, and it is for account notifications only: scheduling a call, confirmations and reminders for one, replies to something you asked, and updates on work already under way. It is not a marketing list. We do not send promotions, offers, or campaigns to it.
You join it one way: by entering your mobile number on our contact form and ticking the consent box yourself. The box is never ticked for you, and the form submits perfectly well without it — consent to be texted is not a condition of contacting us, of buying anything, or of any part of the service. You can also opt in by texting us first, which is consent by the same act.
Message frequency varies with what is going on between us; in practice it is a handful of messages around a scheduled call. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
Reply STOP to any message to leave the programme. You will get one confirmation that it has stopped, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@miraclemind.dev. Leaving the programme does not end anything else — we will still reach you by email.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not share them with third parties at all except the carrier and messaging provider needed to deliver the message. What we keep, and how to have it deleted, is in the Privacy Policy.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your handset, and neither is something we control.
Accounts
Some things we run — the client portal, chiefly — need an account. Keep your credentials to yourself; what happens under your login is treated as done by you. Tell us at hello@miraclemind.dev if you think that has stopped being true and we will lock it.
What belongs to whom
The content, software, and materials on our own platforms are ours, and protected as such. Work we build for a client is governed by that client's own service agreement — not by this page — and in general the client's system, and the data in it, belongs to the client. That is rather the point of building it in their accounts.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, Miracle Mind LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the messaging programme. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that is acceptance of the revision. A material change to the messaging programme will be sent to the programme, not just posted here.
